Job Description

The Assistant Team Operations Manager will support the sales team in attaining targets; in this respect, this position  has to execute client custom orders, new orders and changes.  Sometimes, he/she might be responsible for handling complex issues regarding complaints of sold products.

An Assistant Team Operations Manager must communicate with the sales team, to coordinate and respond to all requests and provide an efficient work environment. He/she has to communicate sales and orders to the other departments and must maintain a high degree of accuracy.

Although it seems that the asst. team ops manager plays only a supportive role, this position is very important for the company, as he/she has to fulfill many tasks.

Requirements

 

  • 3 - 5 years experience in sales support role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing (or in any business related to the job
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to quickly learn proprietary systems
